What happens after canceling a subscription?
The license remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account moves to the applicable plan available for the account.
Why am I seeing a License expired message?
This message typically appears when the subscription has expired or the license is no longer associated with the client. Refresh the client and verify that the correct licensed account is being used.
